PM2.5 Forecast for Beijing – Friday, December 13, 2013


Friday promises to be another good day for air quality in Beijing.  By sunrise, we should be back down to Good or Moderate conditions, and the PM2.5 levels should remain low for the morning and into the early afternoon.  By mid-afternoon, we should see the pollution start to accumulate, and the PM2.5 levels should go up for the rest of the day. 

EXTENDED FORECAST

SATURDAY, December 14:  Possibly Unhealthy PM2.5 levels just after midnight, but clearing skies and Good/Moderate air for the rest of the day.

SUNDAY, December 15:  Gradually deteriorating conditions throughout the day - expect to see Unhealthy or higher PM2.5 levels.

MONDAY, December 16:  Mostly stable or slightly deteriorating air quality, most likely at Unhealthy or higher PM2.5 levels.
