PM2.5 Forecast for Beijing – Tuesday, March 4, 2014


Better air should be arriving right after midnight, ridding us of the Hazardous levels of PM2.5 from the last couple of days.  Once the air clears, we expect to see Good or Moderate air quality for the entire day. 

EXTENDED FORECAST

WEDNESDAY, March 5:  Tuesday’s clear air should carry over into Wednesday morning and possibly into early afternoon.  We should see some increase in pollution levels throughout the day, but at this point it looks as if that accumulation will be fairly slow.

THURSDAY, March 6:  Thursday morning gives us a chance at Good/Moderate air quality, but it looks like we will be moving back up to Unhealthy or higher for the afternoon AQI readings. 

FRIDAY, March 7:  The poor air quality should continue on Friday as we expect to be at Unhealthy or higher AQI levels throughout the day.
